In the past several years, Beach Hut Deli has grown from three restaurants to over forty-five in California, Nevada, and Oregon. Amy has been their Architect all along the way. Beach Hut Deli is like a mini vacation and a sandwich experience like no other in a beach-like atmosphere. They want to give their customers a fun, relaxing home-away-from-home environment where they can hang out and “chill”. Each location is unique yet the bamboo, thatched roofing, boardwalks and surfboard tables keep the design between locations consistent.
